Once been seen to which no fault to the hospital it was just a busy time, it was quick from xray to results and discharged.

Staff were caring but the wait was 4 hours to be seen and sent for an xray. It would have made sense for people who required an xray to have been sent on arrival and then reviewed by the Dr when available.

Very good care, long wait time but department was unusually busy.

Having a water cooler available would have been nice, it was a very warm day and shop/cafe was closed.

I went to the minor injuries as I couldn't bend my knee and could not go to work. When I finally got to see a nurse they were very good and pleasant she asked what had happened I told her I was not to sure think I may have nealt on something possibly when to bed and woke up with a limp could not bend my knee and its getting worse. I was told I'm not going to like this but they cant see me because I had not injured myself and I needed to go and see my GP or go to A&E at Doncaster so I'm at home with a knee I cant bend off work as I cant drive and working in Bristol so really a total waste of time and tax payers money. What happened to the days when you had a problem you got looked at and helped instead of pointing to some other department etc etc

You could start by dealing with minor injuries in the minor injuries department as stated above the door not sending them on to other departments like A&E I hadn't had an accident or emergency there busy enough that's why the system is not working

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me what was happening with my operation. The new Aurora centre was clean and bright
